Fence Replacement

When a fence leans, rots, or won’t latch anymore, replacement is often the smartest long-term fix. We remove old fencing, set new posts correctly, and rebuild with quality materials for a clean, durable result.

Why Replace vs. Repair

  • Widespread rot or warped pickets across multiple sections
  • Leaning lines, heaved posts, or fractured rails
  • Repeated gate sag or latch failures
  • HOA/style updates or switching to an 8′ privacy fence for better screening
  • Cost to repair multiple issues rivals a full fence replacement

Tear-Out & Haul-Away

We handle the mess from start to finish:

  • Careful demo to protect landscaping, sprinklers, and hardscapes
  • Pulling old posts and concrete where needed
  • Sorting and loading debris
  • Full haul-away to a proper disposal site
  • Magnet sweep for nails and hardware

What You Get With a New Fence

FAQs

Can you reuse my existing posts?
Only if they’re straight, solid, and set correctly. For longevity and alignment, new posts are often best.

Will you remove all debris?
Yes. Tear-out & haul-away is included when selected. We finish with a magnet sweep.

Should I choose steel posts?
Steel posts offer the longest life and best resistance to rot and movement—highly recommended for 8′ privacy fences.

When can we stain the new fence?
Typically 2–4 weeks after install, depending on weather and moisture content.

Do you handle gates that sag over time?
We build with proper framing, hinge placement, and fasteners. Steel-frame gates are available to minimize sag.
